Shipments and returns
Packages are shipped via PostNL. In the Netherlands this done generally within 2 days after receipt of payment, free of charge. For the rest of Europe delivery will typically be in 2-5 working days, depending on the country, and we charge 15 Euro shipping costs for purchases below 300 Euro. If you want to receive your order in outside of Europe, please contact us first.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within three weeks of receipt. The costs of the return shipment are for your account. We only accept unworn items with the original labels still attached and without signs of use. Of course you can fit clothes and shoes at home, except panties.
Your purchase amount will be transferred within two days after acceptance. If in doubt about the condition of the goods, please contact us first.
